Marilyn is an award winning Certified Professional Photographer. Her professional focus on the expressive art of photography began in 2000 when she left her career in the health care field to pursue her passion of photography. She studied at the New Hampshire Institute of Art completing her Certificate in Photography in 2003.

She explores portraiture, landscape, and nature photography as Marilyn Dillon Photography in Hampstead, New Hampshire. She is also co-owner of Natural Expressions Wedding Photography, LLC, which focuses on capturing the natural expressions and true emotions of wedding days.

Quick to establish personal rapport, Marilyn is guided by a strong intuition, a key element of her compositional style that results in images that capture truth and beauty. She looks for joy, beauty and simple elegance in the ordinary present moment. She resides in Hampstead, New Hampshire with her husband and daughter. When not photographing, you can find her digging and learning with the Hampstead Garden Club and enjoying the conservation trails with her two spoiled retrievers.
